IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the Board of Supervisors meeting
of January 5, 1993 is ADJOURNED in honor of the memory of Deacon Lewis
Napoleon Van Hook of the Eveready Missionary Baptist Church of
Richmond; David Haynes and Leonard Garcia, slain officers of the
Richmond Police Department; and Donald Robinson of Pleasant Hill, a
tireless worker for the homeless.
