Our Committee was very pleased with the progress which has been
made in a number of areas, as is outlined in the report. We
believe that the Committee has achieved a great deal during 1992
with only the existing resources which the individual departments
have been able to make available. We believe that the goals
outlined for 1993 are reasonable and achievable. We would like to
see the 1993 Internal Operations Committee continue to provide
oversight on this subject.
