THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Date: January 5, 1993 MATTER OF RECORD
SUBJECT: Closed Session
The Chair announced that the need for a Closed Session was
brought to the attention of Board members after the agenda was
posted, and the Board unanimously agreed on the need to hold one.
The Chair then advised that the closed session would be held
in accordance with the parameters as set forth in the attached
announcement.
At 11: 53 a.m. the Board recessed into closed session in Room
. 105 of the County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street,
Martinez.
At 12: 10 p.m. the Board adjourned to participate in the
reorganization luncheon held at the Martinez Yacht Club, 111
Tarantino Drive, . Martinez.

A-1 . This Board will hold a closed session with its designated
representatives concerning employee salaries and compensation and
to consider employee appointment, employment, evaluation of
performance, or dismissal .
B-1 . This Board will hold a closed session concerning pending
litigation pursuant to Government Code § 54956 . 9, subdivision:
(b) Significant exposure to litigation.
