Code, § 57082 ) This resolution is adopted pursuant to the Cortese-Knox Act (Gov. Code, §§ 56000-57550 ) . The purpose of the proposed annexation is to allow street lighting service to the subject territory. The subject territory is legally uninhabited and the Local Agency Formation Commission authorized this Board to conduct proceedings without notice and hearing. The terms and conditions for the annexation, as specified by the Local Agency Formation Commission, are that the boundaries of the affected territory shall be as described in attached Exhibit A . . The affected territory will be taxed for any existing bonded indebtedness of the affected Districts . The regular county assessment roll will be used for the collection of taxes and assessments in the subject territory. RESOLUTION NO. 92-34 5 RESOLUTION OF THE LOCAL AGENCY FORMATION COMMISSION (LAFCO) OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY MAKING DETERMINATIONS AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION 7667 ANNEXATION TO COUNTY SERVICE AREA (CSA) L-100 RESOLVED, by the Local Agency Formation Commission that: On September 16, 1992, the Contra Costa County Public Works Department filed an application with the Executive Officer of this Commission, pursuant to Title 5, Division 3 , commencing with Section 56000 of the Government Code, for annexation of affected territory, in the Oakley area, to CSA L-100; and The Executive Officer has reviewed the proposal and prepared a report, including her recommendation therein; the proposal and report having been presented to and considered by this Commission; and It has been determined to the satisfaction of the Commission that all owners of land included in the. proposal consent to this annexation; and The Commission found the project (annexation) to be Categorically Exempt (Class 19 ) from environmental review. NOW, THEREFORE, the Local Agency Formation Commission DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows: 1. The proposal is approved. 2. The boundaries of the proposal are hereby approved as described in Exhibit A. 3.
