SUBJECT: REVENUE LEASE RENEWAL - 648-2ND STREET, BRENTWOOD, CALIFORNIA
SPECIFIC REQUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. RECOMMENDED ACTION
APPROVE a Revenue Lease Renewal, commencing April 1, 1992,
with the City of Brentwood, for the premises at 648-2nd
Street, Brentwood, California, for occupancy by the City of
Brentwood, under the terms and conditions more particularly
set forth in said Revenue Lease Renewal, and AUTHORIZE the
Director of General Services to EXECUTE said Revenue Lease
Renewal on behalf of the County.
II. FINANCIAL IMPACT
Nominal revenue.
III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS/BACKGROUND
Provide the Brentwood Women's Club with space that is not
otherwise needed by the County.
