You will recall that this matter was originally on the Board' s agenda on December 15 , 1992 but the vote of the Board was invalid in that only three Supervisors were present . I understand that the matter will be on the Board ' s agenda on January 5 , 1993 for adoption of the Resolution of Intention. The resolution then will be published once a week for three weeks in the Contra Costa Times and the matter will return to the Board of Supervisors at its meeting on February 6, 1993 , for receipt and consideration of proposals . 0\ In my conversations with you and Aulene, I volunteered our services to assist in any way in order to meet this schedule . Please let me or my secretary, Mary Glenn, know what we can do to help. The minimum rental shall be $30,000 per year, adjusted periodically. The term of the lease shall be twenty-five years with provisions to extend under certain conditions . The property shall be used for recreational purposes compatible with the continued operation and maintenance of the property as a flood control detention basin.
