THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Resolution on January 5, 1993 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Powers, Fanden, Schroder, Torlakson and McPeak
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 93/8
SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, Subdivision MS 33-88, Walnut Creek Area.
The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the improvements in
Subdivision MS 33-88 have been completed as provided in the Subdivision Agreement with
Allen Charles Investment Company, Incorporated heretofore approved by this Board in
conjunction with the filing of the Subdivision Map.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been
COMPLETED as of December 18, 1992 thereby establishing the six-month terminal period
for the filing of liens in case of action under said Subdivision Agreement:

July 14, 1992 Cash
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the beginning of the one year warranty period
is hereby established, and $7,900 of the.$54,300 cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No.
209489, dated June 24, 1992) be RETAINED for one year pursuant to the requirements of
Section 94-4.406 of the Ordinance Code and the Public Works Director is AUTHORIZED
to refund $46,400 plus interest in accordance with Government code Section 53079, if
appropriate, to Allen Charles Investment Company, Incorporated pursuant to the
requirements of the Ordinance code.
