Speaking on this matter were: Steve Roberti, Central Labor Council, 525 Greent Street, Martinez and Donna Gerber, Hospital and Health Care Workers' Union. IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that this matter is REFERRED to the Health Services Director for investigation of the situation at . the Casa San Miguel Convalescent Hospital and particularly the impact on patient care. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Director of Health Services is DIRECTED to send a letter to the managers of the Convalescent Hospital explaining the County' s position in support of fair labor practices.
