Adopted this Resolution on February 2, 1993, by the following vote:

ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 93/44
SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, Subdivision 7450, Walnut Creek Area.
The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the improvements in
Subdivision 7450 have been completed as provided in the Subdivision Agreement with MSM
Development Corporation heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction with the filing
of the Subdivision Map.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been
COMPLETED as of January 12, 1993, thereby establishing the six-month terminal period
for the filing of liens in case of action under said Subdivision Agreement:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the beginning of the one year warranty period
is hereby established, and the $1,000 cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 201345,
dated January 15, 1992) made by MSM Development Corporation be RETAINED for one
year pursuant to the requirements of Section 94-4.406 of the Ordinance Code.
