The Hearing was left open in order for Ms. Gobert to provide additional documentation of her incapacity, which she states prevents her from meeting the work program requirements. On February 16th, a statement from Ms. Gobert's doctor was received, indicating that she has been under his care since August 26, 1992. The Department accepts this as evidence that Ms. Gobert has been unemployable since that date, and was not required to meet the work programs requirements. The Department requests that the Board grant Ms. Gobert's appeal.
