MICHAEL WALFORD, CHIEF ENGINEER DATE: NOVEMBER 9, 1993 SUBJECT: SAN RAMON CREEK FLOOD CONTROL PROJECT - ALAMO AREA Project No.: 7520-6B8233 Task: ACO Account: 3540 SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATION(S) &BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION I. Recommended Action: A. APPROVE the Relocation Assitance Claims from Dorothy M. Turi for incidental expenses in the amount of $3,001.55. B. AUTHORIZE the Principal Real Property Agent to sign the claim forms on behalf of the District. C. AUTHORIZE the Auditor-Controller to issue a check in the amount of $3,001.55 payable to Dorothy M. Turi, to be forwarded to the Real Property Division for delivery. II. Financial Impact: Payment of $3,001.55 from the Flood Control Zone 3B fund. III. Reasons for Recommendations and Background: Dorothy M. Turi owned the property located at 1452 Paseo Nogales in the Alamo area. The property was required for the San Ramon Creek Project. Incidental expenses are part of her relocation entitlement required by Government Code Section 7260, et. seq. IV. Consequences of Negative Action: The District would not be in compliance with state and federal law.
