Countywide Integrated Waste Management Plan and re-
questing certain issues be addressed in the Final Plan
to be submitted to cities for approval; and
LETTER dated November 5, 1992 from Mayor Joel Keller,

the Board that they will reserve final action on the
Draft Countywide Integrated Waste Management Plan
pending possible revision of sections outlined in the
Contra Costa Solid Waste Authority' s letter of October
21, 1992.
