Therefore, IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the Health Services Director is DIRECTED to provide for security and personnel in the mental health wards at the Hospital this week. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the issue of security at the County Hospital is REFERRED to the Finance Committee for consideration at its meeting on November 23, 1992. A safe environment must be provided to all while research into other security measures is being conducted.
