HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 11171992 - 1.39 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Resolution on November 17, 1992, by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Powers, Fanden, Schroder, Torlakson and McPeak NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 92/ 782 Government Code § 25526.6 SUBJECT: Conveyance of Easement to Central Contra Costa Sanitary Distict Buchanan Field Airport Center Project No. RA 1020 Concord Area The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: Contra Costa County has acquired certain real property for the Buchanan Field Airport. The Central Contra Costa Sanitary District has requested an easement over a portion of said property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, for sanitary sewer pipeline facilities. The Board FINDS that the conveyance of such easement is in the public interest and will not substantially conflict or interfere with the County's use of the property. The easement is required in conjunction with the Airport Center development. This Board hereby APPROVES and AUTHORIZES the conveyance of an easement to Centra Contra Costa Sanitary District, over the property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, pursuant to Government Code Section 25526.6 and the Board Chair is hereby.AUTHORIZED to execute a Grant of Easement on behalf of the County. The Real Property Division is DIRECTED to cause said Grant of Easement to be delivered to the grantee.
