ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None Resolution 92/ 780
SUBJECT: Resolution Ordering Improvement and Annexing Subdivision 7366 as Zone 41
of the County Landscape and Lighting District AD 1979-3 (LL-2( in the
Oakley Area.
The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES that:
On this date, the Board adopted its resolution initiating proceedings for the
annexation of Subdivision 7366 as Zone 41 of the County Landscaping and Lighting District
AD 1979-3 (LL-2) and directed the preparation and filing of an engineer's report on the
proposed annexation;and
The engineer for the proceedings has filed an engineer's report with the Clerk of the
Board;and
Owners of all land within the boundaries of Subdivision 7366 have filed their consent
for annexation as Zone 41 without Notice of Hearing, and to the adoption of the engineer's
report and the levy of assessments stated therein;and
The Board hereby ORDERS the improvements and the annexation of Subdivision
7366 as described in the resolution initiating proceedings and in the engineer's report;and
The Board hereby confirms the Assessment Diagram and Assessment contained in
the engineer's report and levies the assessment for fiscal year 1993-94.
