In the Matter of Declaring ) November 6, 1992, as FEDERAL ) RESOLUTION NO. 92/729 EMPLOYEES DAY in Contra Costa ) County ) Contra Costa County is proud to recognize and honor the more than 100,000 federal government employees who devote considerable skill and expertise to the progress, prosperity, and well being of the Bay Area communities. The federal government will honor its exemplary employees from 17 different categories who have demonstrated their professionalism, care, concern, and commitment to community affairs at ceremonies being held on November 6, 1992. Contra Costa County is pleased to join in honoring these deserving public employees whose work so effectively enhances the quality of life in our county. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors declares November 6, 1992, as FEDERAL EMPLOYEES DAY in Contra Costa County in recognition of their important contributions to Contra Costa County.
