Box 23468, Pleasant Hill 94523, requesting reconsideration of a September 22, 1992, decision of the Board of Supervisors regarding the abatement of 600 Wilbur Avenue, Antioch; and Letter dated October 23, 1992, of Roy Milgate, Building Inspector, responding to Van Norman's concerns. ***REFERRED TO BUILDING INSPECTOR 1.59 Letter dated October 14, 1992, from R. F. Andrews, Manager, Martinez Manufacturing Complex, Shell Oil Company, P. O.
