SUBJECT: Closed Session
The Chairman announced that a closed session would be held in
accordance with the parameters as set. forth in the attached
announcement.
At. 10: 10 a.m. the Board recessed into closed session in Room
105 of the County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street,
Martinez.
At 11: 10 a.m. the Board reconvened and continued with the
regular agenda.

A-1 . This Board will hold a closed session with its designated
representatives concerning employee salaries and compensation and
to consider employee appointment, employment, evaluation of
performance, or dismissal .
B-1 . This Board will hold a closed session concerning pending
litigation pursuant to Government Code § 54956 . 9 , subdivision:
(b) Significant exposure to litigation.
(c ) Decided or deciding to initiate litigation.
C-1 . This Board will hold a closed session concerning pending
litigation pursuant to Government Code § 54956 . 9 , subdivision:
