THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Order on October 13 , 1992 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Powers, Fanden, Schroder, Torlakson and McPeak
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None

SUBJECT: Adoption of findings for the decision denying Land Use
Permit No. 2061-91 Bethel Island area.
On June 23 , 1992, the Board of Supervisors granted the appeal of
the Bethel Island Municipal Improvement District to deny the request
to establish a caretaker mobile home in the Bethel Island area (LUP
2061-91) and directed staff to prepare findings therefor.
Supervisor Torlakson advised the Board of Supervisors that there
was a request from the attorney representing the Kents for a 60-day
continuance to review the file and the findings, and he expressed
agreement with a continuance of two weeks.
Supervisor Fanden requested a continuance of four weeks because
of a question of some hardship.
Supervisor McPeak suggested a continuance of three weeks.
Supervisor Torlakson commented that any new material be submitted
in writing to staff.
IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the above matter is cont' nued to
November 3 , 1992 at 10: 45 a.m. on the decision calendar; and t�->.at the
proposed decision be reviewed and comments submitted in writing.
