Adopted this Order on October 13, 1992 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Powers, Fanden, Schroder, Torlakson and McPeak
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
SUBJECT: Granting Permission to Completely Close a Portion of Orwood Road, in the
Knightsen Area.
The Public Works Director having reported that prior approval has been granted to
Sheehan Pipeline Construction Company to completely close Orwood Road between Byron
Highway and Boder Road for the period of September 26, 1992 through September 30, 1992
for the purpose of installing a 42"gas line across the road subject to the following conditions:
1. Traffic will be detoured via Belfour Road and Bbder Road.
2. All signing to be in accordance with the State of California Manual of
Warning Signs,Lights and Devices; and the County Manual of Warning Signs,
Lights and Devices;
3. The Contractor shall comply with the requirements of the Ordinance Code of
Contra Costa County.
IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the action taken by the Public Works
Director is APPROVED.
