Gilbert, Director of General Services iSta s ounty DATE: October 13, 1992 P� SUBJECT: LEASE RENEWAL - 1655 FOLSOM STREET, SAN PABLO - COMMUNITY SERVICES SPECIFIC REQUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION I. RECOMMENDATION: APPROVE a Lease, commencing October 1, 1992 with the City of San Pablo for the premises at 1655 Folsom Street, San Pablo, for occupancy by the Community Services Department, under the terms and conditions more particularly set forth in said Lease, and AUTHORIZE the Director of General Services to EXECUTE said Lease on behalf of the County. II. FINANCIAL IMPACT: Payments required are to come from the budget of the Community Services Department. . III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS/BACKGROUND: Provide for continued use of classroom space as requested by the Community Services Department.
