BACKGROUND/REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS
The background for this project is reviewed in the May 26, 1992
staff report to the County Planning Commission. The Commission
reviewed the appeal of the Zoning Administrator's approval by the
applicant reducing the number of lots from four (4) to three (3)
due to limited access, building height restrictions to reduce
massing, design restrictions to ensure compatibility with the
established neighborhood and a safety berm at the project's
entrance.
The Commission after taking testimony voted to approve the applica-
tion for four lots with modified conditions.
On June 5, 1992 , the adjacent property owners, Deatsch et al,
appealed the Commission's decision to the Board.
The Deatsch et al, appeal contains no information that as not
available to the Commission.
