RESOLUTION NO. 92/672
SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, Laurel Elementary School, Oakley Area.
The Public Works Director having notified this Board that the improvements for Laurel
Elementary School, being developed by Oakley Union School District, have been completed
and that such improvements have been constructed without the need for a Road Improvement
Agreement;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements in the above-named
development have been COMPLETED as of this date February 19, 1992.
