AUTHORIZE Principal Real Property Agent to sign said claim forms on behalf of the County. C. AUTHORIZE the Auditor-Controller to issue checks in said amounts payable to the listed payees, to be forwarded to the Real Property Division for delivery. if. Financial Impact: Payment totalling $1,625 from State Hwy 4/13ailey Road Interchange project funds which are 100% reimbursable from Contra Costa Transportation Authority. III. Reasons for Recommendations and Background: The above listed payees all resided at 260 or 260-B Bailey Road, W. Pittsburg, dwellings from which they were displaced because of the interchange project. The moving expense payments are part of their relocation entitlement required by government code § 7260, et seq. IV. Consequences of Negative Action: County would not be in compliance with state and federal law.
