At 10: 20 a.m. the Board recessed into closed session in Room 105 of the County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street, Martinez. At 11: 05 a.m. the Board reconvened and continued with the regular agenda. CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENT - January 21 , 1992 Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors in all of its capacities ) A-1 .
