THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Order on January 7, 1992 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Fanden, Schroder, McPeak, Torlakson and Powers
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
SUBJECT: Completion of Warranty Period and Release of Cash Deposit for Faithful
Performance, Subdivision 7164, Oakley Area.
On October 30, 1990, this Board resolved that the improvements in Subdivision
7164 were completed as provided in the Subdivision Agreement with GRS Homes I, a
California Limited Partnership and now on the recommendation of the Public Works
Director;
The Board hereby FINDS that the improvements have satisfactorily met the
guaranteed performance standards for one year after completion and acceptance; and
IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the Public Works Director is
AUTHORIZED to refund the $1,200 cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 173699,
dated May 22, 1990) plus interest in accordance with Government Code Section 53079, if
appropriate, to GRS 'Homes I, a California Limited Partnership, pursuant to Ordinance
Code Section 94-4.406 and the Subdivision Agreement.
I hereby certify that this Is a true and correct copy of
