SUBJECT: Hearing On Appeal of Philip Deatsch, et al On MS 32-91
In The Walnut Creek Area.
On August 4, 1992, the Board of Supervisors declared its intent
that on this date they would continue to September 22, 1992, the
hearing on the appeal of Mr. and Mrs. Philip Deatsch, et al from the
decision of the Contra Costa County Planning Commission Board of
Appeals on the request of Bruce and Angie Lindorf (applicants and
owners) for approval of a tentative map to divide approximately 2 . 86
acres into 4 parcels (MS 32-91) in the Walnut Creek area.
Due to the scheduling of budget hearings, IT IS BY THE BOARD
ORDERED that the above hearing is CONTINUED to October 6, 1992 at 2: 00
p.m. in the Board Chambers.
