WEIR Public Works Department COUNTY PECORDER Records Section F--Fi THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA 1WCOUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Resolution on September 8, 1992 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Powers, Fanden, Schroder, Torlakson and McPeak NOES: None ABSENT: None -9 ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 92/593 SUBJECT: Deferred Improvement Agreement Satisfied for Subdivision MS 67-89,Walnut Creek Area. On April 3, 1990, the Board authorized the Public Works Director to execute a Deferred Improvement Agreement with Allen R. Blazick, Janette M. Blazick, Charles DeHont and Judith A. DeHont for improvements along Whyte Park Avenue as required by the conditions of approval for Subdivision MS 67-89. The aforesaid Deferred Improvement Agreement was-recorded on April 13, 1990 in Volume 15788 of Official Records at page 87 and became an encumbrance against Assessor's Parcel No.(s) 184-162-029. The Public Works Director now informs this Board that the requirements outlined in said agreement have been satisfied. The Board hereby FINDS that the conditions of the above-mentioned Deferred Improvement Agreement are satisfied. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the aforesaid Deferred Improvement Agreement is EXONERATED for the above-named parcel only.
