III. Reasons for Recommendations and Background:
The County acquired the land and improvements located at various addresses for use as rights
of way for the State Highway 4/13ailey Road Interchange project. In doing so, the occupants of
each dwelling become eligible for relocation assistance. It is necessary to enter into the rental
agreements to cover the period of occupancy subsequent to the County taking title and prior
to the tenants' relocation.
IV. Consequences of Negative Action:
The County would have no contractual agreement covering the tenants' occupancy of the
properties.
