HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 02041992 - 1.17 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, AS THE GOVERNING BODY OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL AND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Resolution on February 4, 1992, by at least a four-fifths vote as follows: AYES: Supervisors Powers, Fanden, Schroder, Torlakson and McPeak NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 92/62 (Gov. Code § 25365) SUBJECT: Resolution and Notice of Intention to Exchange Real Property with Golf & Games, a California General Partnership Portion of Assessor's Parcel No. 074-130-065 Project No. 7579-6D8317, West Antioch Creek Antioch Area The Board of Supervisors, as Governing Body of the Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District, RESOLVES THAT: This Board intends to exchange with Golf & Games, a California General Partnership, District-owned real property in the Antioch area described in the attached Notice of Intention to Exchange Real Property, for adjacent land of equal value. This property is not required for District use and the exchange is for property of equal value required for the West Antioch Creek project. This Board hereby sets Tuesday, March 3, 1992, at 9:00 a.m. in the Board's Chambers in the Administration Building, 651 Pine Street, Martinez, California, as the time and place it will meet to consummate this conveyance by a four-fifths vote. The Clerk of this Board is hereby DIRECTED to have the attached Notice published one time, at least one week preceding the date set for hearing in the Antioch Daily Ledger, a newspaper of general circulation (pursuant to Government Code Section 6061).
