At 11: 25 a.m. the Board recessed into closed session in Room 105 of the County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street, Martinez. At 2: 00 p.m. the Board reconvened and continued with the regular agenda. CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENT - February 25 , 1992 Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors in all of its capacities ) A-1 .
