SUBJECT: Approving Deferred Improvement Agreement along Morgan Territory Road
for Subdivision MS 18-86, Livermore Valley Area.
Assessor's Parcel No. 006-110-019
The Public Works Director has recommended that he be authorized to execute
a Deferred Improvement Agreement with J. Douglas Green and R. Cheryl Green, as
required by the Conditions of Approval for Subdivision MS 18-86. This agreement would
permit the deferment of construction of permanent improvements along Morgan Territory
Road which is located in the Livermore Valley area.
IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the recommendation of the Public
Works Director is APPROVED.
