HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 02251992 - 1.15 A/C Recorded at the request of: Contra Costa County Return to: Public Works Department Records Section THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Resolution on February 25, 1992 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Powers, Fanden, Schroder, Torlakson and McPeak NOES: None, ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 92/93 SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, and Declaring Certain Roads as County Roads, Subdivision 6889, Clyde Area. On September 29, 1987, this Board approved a Subdivision Agreement for Subdivision 6889 with Vantage Homes, a Limited Partnership, subdivider, whereby said subdivider agreed to complete all improvements as required in said Subdivision Agreement. The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the improvements in Subdivision 6889 have been completed as provided in said Subdivision Agreement with the exception of minor deficiencies revealed during a recent re-inspection conducted as a"one-year warranty" inspection. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been COMPLETED and that the six-month terminal period is thereby established as of February 25, 1992, for the filing of liens in case of action under said Subdivision Agreement: DATE OF AGREEMENT SURETY September 29, 1987 Automotive Insurance Company Bond No.: AIC 58-709 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the hereinafter described roads, as shown and dedicated for public use on the final map of Subdivision 6889 filed October 6, 1987, in Book 317 of Maps at page 1, Official Records of Contra Costa County, State of California, are ACCEPTED and DECLARED to be County Roads.. Completion of Improvements Subdivision 6889 February 25, 1992 Page Two BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the $4,035 cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 128790, dated August 21, 1987)made by Allied Investments be RETAINED until sai minor deficiencies are corrected. Upon completion of the minor deficiencies, the Public Works Director is AUTHORIZED to refund the $4,035 cash deposit to Allied Investments, pursuant to Ordinance Code Section 94-4.406 and the Subdivision Agreement.
