THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Date: January 14, 1992 MATTER OF RECORD
SUBJECT: Closed Session
The Chairman announced that a closed session would be held in
accordance with the parameters as set forth in the attached
announcement.
At 11: 45 a.m. the Board recessed into closed session in Room
105 of the County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street,
Martinez.
At 2:10 p.m. the Board reconvened and continued with the
regular agenda.
CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENT January 14 , 1992
(Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors in all of its
capacities )
A-1 . This Board will hold a closed session with its designated
representatives concerning employee salaries and compensation and
to consider employee appointment, employment, evaluation of
performance, or dismissal .
B-1 . This Board will hold a closed session concerning pending
litigation pursuant to Government Code § 54956 . 9 , subdivision:
(b) Significant exposure to litigation.
(c ) Decided or deciding to initiate litigation.
C-1 . This Board will hold a closed session pursuant to
Government Code § 54965 . 8 concerning real property negotiations .
The real property which the negotiations may concern is the
appropriately twenty-two acre proposed permanent transfer station
site located south of Arthur Road and at the end of the Waterbird
Way in the Martinez area . The parties with whom the County's
negotiators may negotiate are the owners of the site and/or their
representatives .
D-2 . This Board will hold a closed session concerning pending
litigation pursuant to Government Code § 54956 . 9 , subdivision:
(a ) Litigation initiated formally. The titles of the
litigation are:

2 . Acme Landfill Corp. v. Althin CD Medical, Inc . , et
al .
