Costa County DATE: January 14, 1992 SUBJECT: RENTAL AGREEMENT - 1334 LAS JUNTAS WAY, PLEASANT HILL SPECIFIC REQUESTS)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION I. RECOMMENDATION: APPROVE a Rental Agreement commencing December 3, 1991, with Tony Murphy, Scott Ellis, Greg Smith, and John Harris _for the premises at 1334 Las Juntas Way, Pleasant Hill, for occupancy under the terms and conditions more particularly set forth in said Rental Agreement, and AUTHORIZE the Director of General Services to EXECUTE said Rental Agreement on behalf of the County. DETERMINE that the above project is a Class One Categorical Exemption ( 1) under the California Environmental Quality Act. DIRECT the Director of Community Development to FILE a Notice of Exemption with the County Clerk. II. FINANCIAL IMPACT: This Rental Agreement will provide revenue of approximately $7,200 per year to the Contra Costa County Redevelopment Agency. III . REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS/BACKGROUND: The premises will provide rental housing until construction of the BART Station redevelopment project. RECOMMENDATION: APPROVE a Rental Agreement commencing October 1, 1991, with David Bloomfield for the premises at Route 2, Box 188, Brentwood, for occupancy under the terms and conditions more particularly set forth in said Rental Agreement, and AUTHORIZE the Director of General Services to EXECUTE said Rental Agreement on behalf of the County. DETERMINE that the above project is a Class One Categorical Exemption ( 1) under the California Environmental Quality Act.
