Recommended Action: A. APPROVE Right of Way Contracts and ACCEPT Grants of Easement listed below: GRANTOR DOCUMENT DATE PAYEE AMOUNT Daniel Chevez, et al. Grant of Easement 12-18-91 Daniel Chevez $3,250 Right of Way Laila E. Chevez Contract 201 Devonshire Ct. Pleasant Hill, CA 94523 Richard C. Herrerias Grant of Easement 12-19-91 Richard C. Herrerias $1,825 Right of Way 205 Devonshire Ct. Contract Pleasant Hill, CA 94523 B. AUTHORIZE Public Works Director to execute said Right of Way Contracts on behalf of the District. C. APPROVE payment as listed above for said property rights and AUTHORIZE the Auditor- Controller to issue checks in said amounts payable to the listed payees, to be forwarded to the Real Property Division for delivery. D. DIRECT the Real Property Division to have the above referenced Grants of Easement recorded in the office of the County Recorder.
