MICHAEL WALFORD, PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR DATE: February 11, 1992 SUBJECT: OFFSITE DRAINAGE - SUB 6743, MIRANDA AVE., ALAMO AREA Project No.: 0676-6P0040 SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATION(S) &BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION I. Recommended Action: ACCEPT Offer of Dedication for drainage purposes, dated May 10, 1988, from Katrina and Mark R. Watson. II. Financial Impact: None. III. Reasons for Recommendations and Background: This Offer of Dedication was accepted on June 7, 1988, for recording only, and subsequently recorded on June 10, 1988, in Book 14385 of Official Records at Page 3. It is now necessary to accept the Offer of Dedication in order to access and maintain a storm drainage facility off of Miranda Avenue in Alamo. IV. Consequences of Negative Action: There will be insufficient property rights to access and maintain the storm drain line.
