HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 12081992 - H.10 H. 10 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on December 8, 1992 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Powers, Fanden, Schroder, and McPeak NOES: None ABSENT: Supervisor Torlakson ABSTAIN: None --------------------------------------------------------------------- --------------------------------------------------------------------- SUBJECT: Hearing On Rezoning Application 2967-RZ, Final Development Plan 3029-91 and Vesting Tentative Map 7704 , Bellecci and Associates (applicant) and North State Development (owner) , Oakley Area. On November 17 , 1992, the Board of Supervisors continued to this date the hearing on the recommendation of the East County Regional Planning Commission on the request by Bellecci and Associates (applicant) and North State Development (owner) for approval to rezone 12. 14 acres of land from General Agricultural District (A-2) to Planned Unit Development District (P-1) ( 2967-RZ) , for approval of a final development plan to develop the site with 65 single family residences (County File 3029-91) , and for approval of a vesting tentative map to subdivide the 12. 14 acre site into 65 single family residential lots (Subdivision 7704) in the Oakley area. Dennis Barry, Community Development Department, advised of a letter from the applicant requesting a continuance of the matter to December 15, 1992. Mr. Barry informed the Board that the date for continuance that staff recommends would be January 12, 1993 . IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the hearing on the above matter is CONTINUED to January 12 , 1993 at 2: 00 p.m. in the Board chambers.
