SUBJECT: ACCEPTING CANVASS OF VOTES FOR CSA P-6 , ZONE 107
The Board received the .November 19, 1992 Certificate of the
County Clerk giving the results of the November 17, 1992 Special Elec-
tion for County Service Area P-6, Zone 107, wherein each landowner of
the affected area was allowed one vote for each acre or portion there-
of in approving- ordinance No. 92-61 so as to authorize a special tax
on property located in Zone 107 of County Service Area P-6 to maintain
the present level of police protection service and provide additional
funding for increased policy protection service.
The Board hereby ACCEPTS the Canvass of Votes from the County
Clerk-Recorder showing the measure passed as follows:

the vote cast at the November 17, 1992 Special Election. I further
