Costa County TJ DATE: December 8, 1992 SUBJECT: LEASE AMENDMENT - 2047 ARNOLD INDUSTRIAL WAY, CONCORD SPECIFIC REQUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION I. RECOMMENDATION: APPROVE a Lease Amendment, commencing December 1, 1992, with the Moran Family Trust, to provide continued use of Space "A" under the same terms and conditions described in the Lease dated May 19, 1992, for the adjoining homeless shelter facility in Spaces "B" & "C" at 2047 Arnold Industrial Way, Concord. AUTHORIZE the Director of General Services to EXECUTE said Lease Amendment on behalf of the County. II. Financial Impact: No increase in cost. Payments required are included in the budget of the Housing Authority. III. Reasons for Recommendations/Background: Provide permanent use of Space "A" as requested by the Housing Authority.
