SUPERVISORS AND COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR BY DEPUTY I.O.-4 BACKGROUND: The Community Development Rehabilitation Grant and Loan Review Panel, evaluates and approves housing rehabilitation grants and loans upon recommendation of the Building Inspection Department. The purpose of the program is to arrest deterioration of older residential areas by eliminating blight and correcting health and safety hazards . The terms of three members of the Panel, which includes five members, have expired and the incumbents are all interested in being reappointed. In addition, there is vacancy on the Panel and staff from the Building Inspection recommend the appointment of Mr. Henry, whose application is attached.
