The Board DECLARES its intention to lease said property under the terms and conditions contained in said Notice of Intention to Lease Real Property prepared by the County Lease Management Division. The Notice of Intention to Lease Real Property is APPROVED and the Clerk of this � Board is DIRECTED to publish the attached Notice In the county pursuant to Government Code Section 6063 and post in three (3) public places pursuant to Government Code Section 25528. IF \ BOA t00 g)V7 ppNrR \ � CaUpF � NOTICE OF INTENTION TO LEASE REAL PROPERTY (government Code 25526) The Board of Supervisors, as the Governing Body of the Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District, will accept proposals to lease district land, hereinafter described on the attached sheets . The minimum rental shall be $30,000 per year, adjusted periodically. The term of the lease shall be twenty-five years with provisions to extend under certain conditions . The property shall '.be used for recreational purposes compatible with the continued operation and maintenance of the property as a flood control detention basin. Proposals will be accepted in the Contra Costa Board of Supervisors Chambers, 651 Pine Street, Martinez, California, on January 26, 1993, at 11 :00 a.m.. A proposal package will be available at the office of the Lease Management Division, General Services Department, 1220 Morello Avenue, Suite 100, Martinez, California, 94553, or may be requested by calling Steven B. Van Horn at (510) 313-7250. The County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received. The property will be leased as is and without warranty and the Lessee assumes all risks and responsibilities thereto.
