INF. Consequences of Negative Action:
The County may lose the opportunity to purchase needed property at a more affordable price
than will be required in a few years time. The subject property is ideally situated for County
purposes. There may be no suitable land left to acquire in years to come which offers the same
affordabilty and location advantages. The District may have to find another buyer through the
public auction process'.
