SUBJECT-: Closed Session
The Chairman announced that a closed session would be held in
accordance with the parameters as set forth in the attached
announcement.
At 10. 05 a.m. the Board .recessed into closed session in Room
105 of the County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street,
Martinez.
At 10: 25 a.m. the Board reconvened and continued with the
regular- agenda.
At 12: 25 p.m. the Board again recessed into closed session in
Room 105 of the County Administration Building.
. At 2:05 p.m. the Board reconvened and continued with the
regular agenda.

Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors in all of its
capacities )
A-1 . This Board will hold a closed session with its designated
representatives concerning employee salaries and compensation and
to consider employee appointment, employment, evaluation of
performance, or dismissal .
B-1 . This Board will hold a closed session concerning pending
litigation pursuant to Government Code § 54956 . 9 , subdivision:
(b) Significant exposure to litigation.
(c) Decided or deciding to initiate litigation.
C-1 . This Board will hold a closed session pursuant to Government
code § 54965 . 8 concerning real property negotiations . The real
property which the negotiations may concern is the appropriately
twenty-two acre proposed permanent transfer station site located
south of Arthur Road and at the end of Waterbird Way in the
Martinez area. The parties with whom the County' s negotiators
may negotiate are the owners of the site and/or their
representatives .
D-1 . This Board will hold a closed session concerning pending
litigation pursuant to Government Code § 54956 . 9 , subdivision:
(a) Litigation initiated formally. The titles of the
litigation are:
1 . Linda Wilkerson v. Contra Costa County, et al .
2 . Contra Costa County v. All Persons Interested
3 . Chamber of Commerce v. Harvey Bragdon, et al .
