THE: BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Date: November 5, 1991 MATTER OF RECORD
SUBJECT: Closed Session
The Chairman announced that a closed session would be held in
accordance with the parameters as set forth in the attached
announcement.
At 11: 50 a.m. the Board recessed into closed session in Room
105 of the County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street,
Martinez.
At 2: 20 p.m., the Board reconvened and continued with the
regular agenda.
At 3 p.m. the Board again recessed into closed session in
Room 105- of the County Administration Building.
At the conclusion of the closed session at 3: 25 p.m. , the
meeting was adjourned.

Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors in all of its
capacities )
A-1 . This Board will hold a closed session with its designated
representatives concerning employee salaries and compensation and
to consider employee appointment, employment, evaluation of
performance, or dismissal .
B-1 . This Board will hold a closed session concerning pending
litigation pursuant to Government Code § 54956 . 9 , subdivision:
(b) Significant exposure to litigation .
(c ) Decided or deciding to initiate litigation.
C-1 . This Board will hold a closed session pursuant to Government
code § 54965 . 8 concerning real property negotiations . The real
property which the negotiations may concern is the appropriately
twenty-two acre proposed permanent transfer station site located
south of Arthur Road and at the end of Waterbird Way in the
Martinez area . The parties with whom the County' s negotiators
may negotiate are the owners of the site and/or their
representatives .
D-1 . This Board will hold a closed session concerning pending
litigation pursuant to Government Code § 54956 . 9 , subdivision:
(a ) Litigation initiated formally. The titles of the
litigation are:
