SUBJECT: LEASE RENEWAL - 815 COURT STREET, MARTINEZ - PARKING SPACE
SPECIFIC REQUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. RECOMMENDATION: APPROVE a Lease Renewal, commencing December
1, 1991 with the United States Postal Service for parking
space at 815 Court Street, Martinez, for continued occupancy
by the County, ' under the terms and conditions more
particularly set forth in said Lease, and AUTHORIZE the
Director of General Services to EXECUTE said Lease on behalf
of the County.
II. FINANCIAL IMPACT: Payments required are tc come from the
General Properties budget of the General Services Department.
III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS/BACKGROUND: Provide parking space
as requested by the County Administrator.
