HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 11051991 - 1.23 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Resolution on November 5, 1991 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Fanden, Schroder, McPeak, Torlakson and Powers NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 91/726 SUBJECT: Approval of the Road Improvement Agreement for LUP 2037-90, Bethel Island Area. The following document was presented for Board approval this date for LUP 2037-90, property located in the Bethel Island area. A Road Improvement Agreement with The Customer Company, developer,whereby said developer agrees to complete all improvements as required in said Road Improvement Agreement within one year from the date of said agreement. Improvements generally consist of interim pavement widening along Gateway Road and drainage improvements. Said document was accompanied by the following: Security to guarantee the completion of road and drainage improvements as required by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code, as follows: a. Cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 194956, dated August 21, 1991) in the amount of $1,000, made by The Customer Comapny. b. Additional security in the form of: A corporate surety bond dated August 28, 1991, and issued by Pacific States Casualty Company (Bond No. 2904) with The Customer Company as principal, in the amount of $13,600 for faithful performance and $7,300 for labor and materials. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said Road Improvement Agreement is APPROVED. I hereby certify that this Is a true and correct copy of an action taken and entered on the minutes of the Board of Supervisors on the date shown.
