Adopted this Order on November 5, 1991 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Fanden, Schroder, McPeak, Torlakson and Powers
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
SUBJECT: Completion of Warranty Period - Subdivision MS 78-89, Oakley Area.
On November 6, 1990, this Board resolved that the improvements in Subdivision
MS 78-89 were completed as provided in the Subdivision Agreement with Herbert Lorenz
and now on the recommendation of the Public Works Director;
IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the improvements have satisfactorily
met the guaranteed performance standards for one year after completion and acceptance.
I hereby certify that this is a true and correct copy of
an action taken and entered on the minutes of the
Board of Supervisors on the date shown.
