SUBJECT: TERMINATION - 729 CASTRO STREET, MARTINEZ
SPECIFIC REQUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. RECOMMENDATION: APPROVE an Agreement to terminate the Rental
Agreement dated May 1, 1990, with Robert L. Hilson and Susanne
H. Edgar for the premises occupied by the Sheriff-Coroner at
729 Castro Street, Martinez, and AUTHORIZE the Director of
General Services to EXECUTE said Agreement on behalf of the
County.
II. Financial Impact: Payments required are to come from the
budget of the General Services Department.
III. Reasons for Recommendations/Background: The Rental Agreement
was terminated in order to provide for a move by the
Sheriff-Coroner. This Agreement is required to complete the
termination and provide for payment of deferred maintenance
charges .
