THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this .Order on October 22, 1991 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Fanden, Schroder, McPeak, Torlakson and Powers
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
SUBJECT: Approving Deferred Improvement Agreement along Miranda
Avenue for Subdivision MS 38-90, Alamo Area.
Assessor's Parcel No. 192-142-007-9
The Public Works Director has recommended that he be
authorized to execute a Deferred Improvement Agreement with John F.
Connolly and William A. Ingram, as required by the Conditions of
Approval for Subdivision MS 38-90. This agreement would permit the
deferment of construction of permanent improvements along Miranda
Avenue which is located between Stone Valley Road and Bolla Avenue
in the Alamo area.
IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the recommendation of the
Public Works Director is APPROVED.
